Being a Product Manager/Lead/Owner is to gather information from various stakeholders, perspectives, the market, users, and then, put it on a stage differently depending on the audience—one way for developers, another for the CEO or founder, and yet another for other stakeholders. And that’s basically who a PM is: information hoarder, its organazier, and prioritizer. Everything else is only artifacts like a PRD documents, or design experiments, or tasks, or strategies, which we produce in doing hoarding, organizing, prioritizing, presenting.
